Every web project is a new story, and Conciergerie Bergeracoise's is a great example. Based in Lot-et-Garonne with a long-standing presence in Bergerac, I help local businesses create or transform their online presence. For this client, the goal was clear: deliver a digital showcase worthy of the quality of their services.
Even though their site was only a year old, it no longer reflected their identity or standards. This redesign wasn't a simple refresh, but a genuine strategic upgrade to align the online image with the company's ambitions.
🎯 A challenge: realigning identity and clarifying the message
I started by analyzing the existing site to understand what worked… and what needed to change. The design lacked consistency with the client's brand guidelines, which blurred the overall perception.
The goal: create a modern, smooth, warm interface faithful to Conciergerie Bergeracoise's world.
Content work was also essential. I rewrote it to make it clearer, more impactful and better optimized for search engines. Professional photography was added to showcase the managed properties and build credibility from the very first seconds of browsing.
⚙️ Functional improvements: simplifying the experience
Beyond design, a redesign also needs to improve how the site works.
So I built new forms tailored to the client's needs:
- a more intuitive contact form
- a much simpler booking request system
These features make the user experience smoother and simplify the team's internal management. The site was fully rethought to be perfectly responsive, offering the same quality of use on mobile, tablet or desktop.
🔒 A clean, secure technical migration
The redesign was also an opportunity to switch hosting providers for better performance and security.
I handled the full migration of the site, database and domain name to a faster, more reliable server. The operation was carried out with zero service interruption, for a smooth transition invisible to users.
Today, the site benefits from a sturdier structure, optimized load times, and an environment ready to support the company's growth.
